The StoreHero Products page offers a streamlined interface for eCommerce store owners and agencies to monitor the sales and profitability of individual products and variants across their stores.

Comprehensive Product Table

Unit Sales Tracking

The Products page displays a simple table where you can view the unit sales of all products or individual variants. This is similar to a Shopify unit sales report but with enhanced features.

Detailed Product Information

For each product, you can monitor key details such as stock levels, price, and sales figures. The table allows you to expand the list for a more detailed view of each product's performance.

Cost and Margin Analysis

Product Costing

StoreHero uses the product costs you’ve set or a default product margin (if no specific cost is assigned) to calculate profitability. This includes estimating additional fees like packaging and transaction fees, as well as fulfilment costs, to determine the total cost of goods sold (COGS).

Fully Loaded Cost Calculation

By factoring in all associated costs, the platform provides a complete picture of your product margins. This helps you understand not just your gross margin but the full cost associated with each sale, ensuring more accurate profitability analysis.


Break-Even Point ROAS

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Calculation

The Products page automatically calculates the break-even ROAS for each product. This metric indicates the return on advertising spend needed across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to cover both the advertising costs and all variable costs related to fulfilling an order.

Profitability Monitoring

You can track the revenue generated per product, along with the product margin or margin percentage. This allows you to see how price changes impact profitability on a per-product basis.

Customisable Views and Filters

Saved Views

The platform allows you to create and save custom views by filtering products based on various criteria, such as price, number of sales, product costs, break-even ROAS, or product margin metrics. This feature helps you focus on the most relevant data for your analysis.

Additional Metrics

You can turn on alternative metrics, such as Google Ads product performance data. This is particularly useful if you’re running Google Ads campaigns that include product sales, like shopping or performance campaigns. The flexibility to toggle these metrics on and off allows for a tailored view of your product performance.

The Products page includes a search function that lets you find specific products by title, making it easier to locate and analyse individual items quickly.


Data Export

You can download your product list and sales performance data as a CSV file. This is useful for further analysis or for sharing insights with your team.
