The StoreHero dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your store's performance, integrating data from sales, marketing, and finance to give you a holistic understanding of your business.

Dashboard Funnel

Overview

The dashboard funnel visualises the customer journey from initial contact to final purchase. It tracks how many people you’ve reached through paid ads, email, or organic SEO, and follows this through to website sessions, orders, net sales, and ultimately, net profit.

Purchase Revenue Chart

This chart displays how your revenue is tracking against a previous period. The date picker in the top right-hand corner allows you to adjust the time frame and comparison periods, which is especially useful for analysing seasonal trends. You can compare data with the previous period or the previous year, providing valuable insights for seasonal businesses.

Saved Metrics

Pinning Metrics

Across the platform, you can click the star icon on any scorecard to pin that metric to your dashboard for quick access. This feature ensures that your most important KPIs are always visible.

Email Reports Integration

Pinned metrics can also be included in your email reports, depending on your notification settings. This allows you to receive key performance indicators (KPIs) directly in your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Sales and Advertising Spending Goals

Goal Setting

You can set monthly sales and advertising spending goals. The dashboard shows how you’re tracking against these goals, providing a forecast based on your current sales rate. This forecast is also included in your email reports, helping you stay on track throughout the month.

Editing the Dashboard

The dashboard is customisable, allowing you to turn on or off various metrics and sections. This flexibility ensures that the dashboard reflects the metrics most relevant to your business needs.

Spend Advisor 

Overview

The Spend Advisor is a new feature that offers an updated view of key metrics, such as sales, marketing spend, Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), and contribution margin (profit after marketing).

Metrics Relationship

The Spend Advisor measures how these metrics are moving in relation to each other. It helps you understand the impact of changes in marketing spend on net sales, MER, and contribution margin.

Actionable Insights

Based on the movements of these metrics, the Spend Advisor provides insights into whether your marketing spend is driving improvements in sales, profit, or efficiency. It also suggests potential actions to take based on these insights.


Comparison and Insights

Toggling Metrics

You can easily toggle on and off various cards within the dashboard to customize your view. The dashboard also allows you to show or hide comparison periods, making it easier to analyse changes in metrics versus previous months, weeks, or years.


Insight Generation

The platform provides insights on the changes in individual metrics and how they relate to each other. This helps you understand whether a change in one area, like marketing spend, has led to improvements in other areas such as sales or efficiency.
