The Account tab in StoreHero's Settings is where you can manage your personal account details and enhance your account's security.

Basic Details

What You Can Do

In the Basic Details section, you can:

• Update the name associated with your account.

• View the email address linked to your user account.

Note: The email address is not directly editable as a security measure. If you need to change it, please contact us at support@storehero.ai or through our live chat. Provide us with your new email, and our support team will guide you through the process. Remember to save any changes you make by clicking the Save button.

Changing the Password

Steps for Security

For added security, you have the option to change the password associated with your user account. This is an important feature, especially considering that this password grants access to any other stores under your management.

Here's how to update your password:

1. Click on the Edit button.

2. You'll be prompted to enter your current password and then your new password.

3. Click the Save button to ensure your new password is set.

Security Reminder: Changing your password affects all stores associated with your account, so choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
