Connect Your Shipping Channels

StoreHero enables you to connect various shipping platforms to calculate or retrieve the shipping costs you incur by order ID. This ensures complete accuracy in determining how much each order costs to ship versus the shipping charge to the customer.

This calculation factors in product mix, weight, package size, region, shipping priority, and more.

We currently support:

  • ShipStation

  • ShipBob

Connecting Through Settings

You can connect your chosen shipping channel through the Settings section:

  1. Navigate to the Settings option in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click on the Connections tab.

  3. Scroll to the Shipping Connections section. Here, you'll see a list of supported shipping channels as well as channels you may have already connected.

To connect a new shipping channel:

  1. Click the Connect button, which will trigger a dialog box.

  2. You will be asked to either enter your credentials for that particular channel to authenticate or alternatively be asked for an API key. This key can be retrieved from an account with your chosen partner.

  3. Follow the channel-specific instructions included in the dialog box.

To disconnect a channel:

  1. Click the Disconnect button.

  2. From here, you can choose to reconnect the same channel or connect
