How to Connect ShipStation to StoreHero

To sync your shipping and fulfillment data with StoreHero, you’ll need to enter your ShipStation API Key and API Secret.
You can find these inside your ShipStation account by following the steps below.

How to Find Your ShipStation API Keys

  1. Visit your ShipStation account at https://www.shipstation.com/.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings and click API Keys.

  3. Select Account from the left-hand sidebar, then choose API Settings.

  4. If you already have API keys, copy your existing API Key and API Secret.

  5. If no key and secret are listed yet, click Generate New API Keys.

  6. Copy your API Key and API Secret.

  7. Paste them into StoreHero to complete the connection.

Completing the Connection in StoreHero

  1. Go to Settings → Connections in StoreHero.

  2. Click ShipStation → Connect.

  3. Paste your API Key and API Secret into the fields provided.

  4. Click Submit to finish the setup.

Important Notes

  • If you generate new API keys in ShipStation later, you must update them in StoreHero or the connection will break.

  • Only users with proper permissions in ShipStation can access or create API keys.
